Everyone I came in contact with at this practice was professional, kind, and courteous. Dr. Kavaler was the best urologist I have had the privilege of meeting. She insured confidence and trust because of her extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, patient, and “listening centered” interaction with me. She offered different treatment options with my own experiences in mind. I could not be happier about my experience at Total Urology Care!

The office is clean and comfortable.The medical staff are pleasant and professional. Dr Kavaler is awesome! I felt at ease with her and I didn’t feel like she was rushing out to see the next patient. For my appointment, the wait wasn’t long. Staff is welcoming. Barbara and the other Nurse (can’t remember her name) and the doctor made me felt relaxed and comfortable. I was able to express my circumstance and they provided positive feedback. It’s my 2nd time visiting Total Urology and the reception from the staff, along with the exceptional service has been outstanding. I’ll definitely recommend.

Beautiful and clean clinic. Everyone is nice and helpful. Dr. Kavaler is very nice and so knowledgeable. Had to wait a while inside but I understand she’s very busy. Was worth the wait. Definitely recommend.

I adore and admire Dr. Kavaler. - her expertise and thoroughness. - her unhurried manner of conducting her examinations. I never feel rushed. Also, there is a fabulous efficiency in her whole practice. Before she comes in to personally examine me, the urine sample has already been taken and analyzed, the ultra-sound has already been performed. These diagnostics are already done on the basis of my history. The results are already in her hands ... making the examination much more meaningful.
I also should mention that I admire her very conservative attitude toward prescriptions. In my situation she is very cautious about prescribing anti-biotics; she does it only after careful consideration guarding, in my case, against buildup of immunity

The staff was friendly and very efficient. I was taken into a room 5 min after I got there. Dr. Kavaler was terrific and forward thinking, I think will be very helpful getting rid of a chronic problem that no one else has been able to tackle.. I highly recommend her, she listens.

Dr. Kavalder is an awesome doctor. She takes her time with you and is very knowledgeable and personable. Her office is spotless and it is obvious she takes care of the details both in medicine and in the design of her office, which is beautiful. I highly recommend her!

From Dr. Kavaler’s on-line info, to her receptionist, then her nurses, & finally a doctor, who is truly loved and respected by her staff, I’m secure in knowing I’m in the most competent hands. By the way, I took a train from Philadelphia to NYC. The dr was even prepared to see me for more tests the next day so I didn’t have to travel again next week. AND everyone in the office is genuinely pleasant & happy. I’m a happy camper!!!!!

One of the reasons that I still live in New York is the quality of services one can find here. Great food, incomperable arts and entertainment and, best of all, world class doctors like Dr. Kavaler. I definitely wouldn't have found her kind of services in Florida or Alabama. Kudos to you and your crew of wonderful women.

This was my first visit! Dr Kavaler was extremely personable and knowledgeable! Her staff was smiling and intelligent. Definitely a wonderful office with an exceptional Dr.
